Our highly skilled team producing the forging accordingly international sizes, patterns and standards.After production of the forging every products gose in different steps like sizing,shaping, drilling,milling,teething,heating,spotting,welding,sand, and finishing process.
when we complete all process of the instrument then we do the passivation test on instruments .Due to passivation test the rust didn't come after sterilization process. This method actually provides the instruments with its corrosion resistance properties.which creates an oxidized layer on the surface of instruments..
We are full equipped with most modern ultrasonic cleaning plants and all instruments are being cleaned properly utilizing various chemicals such as, Tri-Chloroethylene etc.
We inspect all instruments under rigid Q/C. specifications and give the assurance to our relative clients that all instruments shall be free from all defects such as, damage working point, sharp edges, cracks,etc. we also guarantee for its workmanship. For stamping. We use laser marking on instrument accordingly customers specifications.
Regularly We pack all instrument in plastic, Blisters and Rexine kits .we also using special packing on customers demand. We are using labeling and bar coding as per customer demand.
